With Camden's TransFOURmer birthday party coming up next Saturday, I've been busy trying to everything ready. Thank goodness for the holidays, otherwise, I never would've had the time to work on all of the DIY projects on my list. Today, I made these food tents using Photoshop. My brother-in-law, Frank, who has been a huge Transformers fan since childhood, came up with these clever names for the food, like Optimus Prime beef burgers and Jetfire wings (i.e., buffalo wings). You can download the food tent templates here, here and here.
I also managed to create the banner (find tutorial here) and decorations, and construct the Megatron paper robot in the past few days. On Sunday, I'll be making lollipops out of blue vanilla flavored candy melts using these robot molds that I bought on ebay.
It just so happens that Frank's birthday is on the 5th, so we got him this awesome t-shirt and a Transformers collector's edition Monopoly game from 80's Tees. It made me laugh when I saw it, so I had to get it for him.
