A few weeks ago, I shared my pink owl costume tutorial. Since then I've gotten some really great pictures from people who have followed the tutorial. I love seeing how everyone's costumes turned out!
Ashley's kids are simply adorable as woodland creatures. See her darling squirrel tutorial at A Forty Year-Old Ranch.
Two costumes for $18? Can't beat that! Julie's girls have been getting lots of "Whooooo's and Awe's" in their matching pink owl costumes.
The Armstrong Family made a purple version with a half-mask for under $8.
Allison sporting her grey owl costume with black leggings and Uggs at her sorority meeting.
For the literature parade at school, Kathleen's son was the owl from "Sam and the Firefly".
Courtney's 14 month son is such a hoot in his brown owl costume.
Beverley sent a picture of "Emma enjoying some of her candy loot". The owl hat is just so cute!
Monica said, "I hand make my kids costumes every year and I came across your tutorial and had to make it! Thanks!"
The youngest of the Hammond family was dressed as an "owllerina". Hoo adorable!
Everyone did an amazing job! Thanks so much for sharing your pictures.

Thanks so much for featuring my costume! I got so excited when I saw Allison's adult costume, I smacked myself on the head. Why didn't I think of that!? I'm now madly cutting feathers to make me one that matches my girls. We are going to be a whole owl family!
ReplyDeleteKeep the great ideas coming!

I've been busy making Caitlyn's costume and planning the Halloween party, so I'll be scrambling to make my matching owl costume too!
ReplyDeleteSo cute--love them all!
