Leftover Party Streamers

I was taking down the bright colored streamers from the party and thought what a shame it would be to throw it all away. So I started looking for some ideas to reuse leftover streamers. Following the tutorials from My Blog by Cammie and Design Sponge Online, I made these adorable little pom poms and rosette hair clips.
